THE CRITICAL SITUATION MANAGEMENT

Summary 

Critical situations are part of everyday operations. The term critical management situation stems from the underlying principle that critical situations occur across the organization at multiple - levels every day. Abnormal process operation can be just costly due opportunity cost. The  problem solving process is a detailed, team oriented approach to solving critical problems in the production process. The goals of this process are to find the root cause of a problem, develop containment actions to protect customers and take corrective action to prevent similar problems in the future.

  Steps to Critical Thinking As It Relates To Problem Solving:  Identify the Problem. The first task is to determine if a problem exists; Analyze the problem, look at it from different angles; Brainstorm and come up with a several possible solutions;. Decide which solution fits the situation best   and Take action.

  Crises vary in their cause, form, and nature, but the consistency of their resolution is almost the same. The first task is to save the company in a time of crisis,  therefore, the decision is made on the basis of a fundamental study of the current situation;

 Leaders are the best problem solvers, therefore, the organization should train true leaders who will not only be busy giving instructions to employees, but also provide real help in getting their job done. The leader should consider the problem not as a threat to the destruction of the company, but as previously unseen opportunities for the continuous development of the company strategy.

  Thus, the key to overcoming crisis characteristics is a well-designed strategy and highly qualified, competitive human resources, which are managed by the qualities of a high-ranking manager leader.
